v1.3.0 - total mAh usage displayed after power off

Adjusted the way the mAh usage is reported, so that the last known value is displayed when Telemetry is lost

The only code portions touched were for display code, and not verbal alerts code, they should continue to work as before

Image and versioning updates were also made to the documentation, and should roll back into the wiki,
