Some lovely micromanagement

Hi Everyone,

I must remind you of some housekeeping...

1) Upload your presentation after the reading group in the format YYYYMMDD_something_informative.pdf.

This means one file, not 3. The SDE presentation by Albert and Joel is still not uploaded, despite reminding you at least twice before.

2) Update the past_reading_list.md file.

I am already lost cross-referencing the files. For example, which paper did Joel present? Which book chapters did you cover in MC/SDE? I have no idea anymore.

**I am somewhat annoyed I need to micromanage this. I am not asking for much.

I would like to have these notes as a reference for people. I would also like to create a lecture course on these topics. Please make my life easier.**

• I also added a columns issue to the md file for easy navigation
