Change the mode on schedule

Is it possible to build the adapter only on schedule?
It uses a relatively large amount of resources and in principle it could only run if the test was carried out.

It is but than you loose all benefits like instant speed test etc

ohh shame ... just had the idea, because the adapter needs a lot of RAM if it runs continuously
