pfcode-installer, first release

This is the first release of pfcode-installer.

A powershell GUI to guide you on software installation using chocolatey.

When you run pfcode-installer, it will install chocolatey package manger, if it isn't already installed.

Most antivirus will see the executable as a possible virus, if you don't trust it, you need to create the .exe file yourself from the script in the repo after you personally reviewed it.
