This is the licence for the free and unrestricted Constitution of Planet Mars.
Released into the public domain since the summer of 2021.

Anyone is free to copy, modify, publish, use, compile, sell, or
distribute this constitution text, either in original form or as a compiled
software, print, art, video or audio. For any purpose, commercial or non-commercial,
and by any distribution platform or technology.
