根据环境变量中填写的接口及密钥或者从NEW API调用接口及API KEY自动识别拥有的全部可用模型并在网页中呈现，减少人工反复修改环境变量及每次更新增加新模型的麻烦

里面有好多 不是 chat 模型呢

这种需要用new api这种中转api才行，要不市面上这么多的模型适配很麻烦的
