Cannot assign Purchase Order or Price Request to Project

Bug

After upgrading to v20, and now still present in v21.0.0, Purchase orders and Price Requests cannot be assigned to a project with a customer assigned. Only projects not assigned to a third party will show up in the drop down box, and attempting to create one from the project overview automatically assigns the third party of the project.
