TMNT Alpha version

This is the alpha version of the TMNT tribute.
Since the last version we upgraded the enemies with tracking of the player an they now have hit points.
We added a UI with lives and hit points for the player and a second stage with the boss.
In adition, there are now enemies spawning through the level and the doors.
