CovPass is using the same booster rules as CWA and they are outdated. I have an issue corona-warn-app/cwa-documentation#814 "Booster rules not updated to STIKO 17th recommendation" open against CWA, but there has been no answer so far. Does anybody have some insight into the plans for updating the rules hosted on https://distribution.dcc-rules.de/bnrules? |

The rules were updated with ValidFrom 2022-05-04 so the question is effectively answered. |
