Fodte (Form Odt Exporter) is a tool allowing you to extract libreoffice writer form fields content to produce a spreadsheet file (.csv).
You can use it to extract information from a unique odt document or from multiple odt document if they share the same structure.

The first step is to create a libreoffice writer document with form fields. You can check the tutorial « Création du document LibreOffice » if needed.

The second step is to send your libreoffice document to the people so that they can fill it, and then to get it back filled documents. You should put all gathered files into the same folder. If you use moodle, this step can be facilited by following this guide : « Use with Moodle ».
Astuce : To know which file belong to who, you can either create a Firstname and Lastname field in your document, or ask people to put their name in the file name. -
Open the online version (or download the apps and open the file
index.html) et drag and drop gathered odt document on the webpage. -
You now just have to click on the button to download the spreadsheet file.
