Adjusting the choice for a theme

A theme is chosen by adjusting the path to the templates.
For the provided themes this can be done just by changing the name (as part of several paths) in the constant-editor.

The folder-structure is a bit uncommon for TYPO3 as usually there never exist the folders themes beside concrete sub-folders.
