[datadog-crds] Update CRDs from Datadog Operator v1.11.0 tag #1640

What this PR does / why we need it:

Update CRDs from Datadog Operator v1.11.0 tag: most changes are coming from the kubebuilder version bump and in the case of DatadogAgent CRD from additional features

Which issue this PR fixes

(optional, in fixes #<issue number>(, fixes #<issue_number>, ...) format, will close that issue when PR gets merged)
