Mapy.cz service - fix location from searching

If GET parameter q= is available, run search via Mapy.cz API (https://pro.mapy.cz/search) and get result(s) as would mapy.cz shown. Currently is q= completely ignored - second example below incorrectly leads into only one location, which is map center.

Examples:

1. https://en.mapy.cz/turisticka?q=Orlov%C3%A1
   • is the same as https://en.mapy.cz/turisticka?source=muni&id=4607
2. Real example from iQuest 2021: https://mapy.cz/s/fujovanehe
   • -> https://en.mapy.cz/turisticka?q=49%C2%B013%2751%2C07%E2%80%9C+13%C2%B031%2712%2C39%E2%80%9C&x=13.4217928&y=49.2404008&z=12
   • after moving map (even if moved one pixel) -> https://en.mapy.cz/turisticka?x=13.5201083&y=49.2308878&z=17&q=49%C2%B013%2751%2C07%E2%80%9C%2013%C2%B031%2712%2C39%E2%80%9C&source=coor&id=13.520108333333335%2C49.23085277777778
3. https://mapy.cz/s/fujovanehe (same URL as above, but simplified and decoded URLs)
