What's Inside:
- Real fix for IC2! ( #192 ) I called it "thisIsNotMyRealFace" (in reference to this )
- Disable Affinity Locker by default ( only experts should use this)
- Pass player online time and capabilities (flyspeed, etc.) to respawning player
