Option to hide required ingredients in craft list settings

I'd like an option (if one doesn't already exist) so that when I add an item to a craft list, I can immediately see just that item so I can increase the quantity of it before having all the ingreedients for it in my inventory. Whgn I'm on my alts, I can't see the list I'm trying to make because it only seems to show the ingredients, so I can't alter the quantity or anything
