LDAP connections are stateful, so pagination control can have the same page token and return different results. We still want baton-sdk to error on same page tokens to prevent infinite loops, so work around that check in this connector.

Walkthrough

The changes introduce new functions for handling pagination tokens in LDAP search operations within the pkg/ldap/client.go file. A function to parse page tokens and another to encode them have been added, along with a variable to manage request IDs. The LdapSearch method has been updated to utilize these functions, enhancing pagination management and error handling.

Changes

File Change Summary
pkg/ldap/client.go - Added func parsePageToken(pageToken string) (string, []byte, error)
- Added func encodePageToken(cookie []byte) string
- Added var requestId = 0
- Modified LdapSearch to utilize the new parsing and encoding functions for pagination tokens.

Poem

🐇 In the land of LDAP where tokens play,
New functions hop in, brightening the way.
Parsing and encoding, a dance so neat,
With request IDs bouncing, oh what a treat!
Pagination's a breeze, as we leap and bound,
In this code garden, joy and change abound! 🌼✨
