2. Remove FORCE_COLOR
3. Set PYTHONWARNINGS= in doc job (if needed)
4. Write CLI flags in full, with quotation marks, and with = sign
5. Use --ignore instead of --re-ignore in sphinx-autobuild
6. Set random port for sphinx-autobuild (--port=0)
7. Check descriptions with tox list
8. Improve main tox run, i.e. reconsider the envlist under [tox]
9. Group doc jobs for tox list (i.e. docnb right after doc and docnblive right after doclive)
