Windows OS Users

While we want to be inclusive of all OS users, we also acknowledge that Windows users may find it difficult to get Docker working on their system.

If possible, we encourage all participates to prepare their submissions in a Unix environment (Linux or Mac OS). If this is not possible, we've provided some details here for getting the Docker submission configuration working on your machine.
