This is an program wich is able to encrypt and decrypt messages encrypted with the Cesar Encryption method. It's very useful when sending secret messages, it is easy to use, fast and very powerful. So use this when sending secret messages, but give addressee your encryption code on an other way for the best and secure experience.
To test this program, you could decrypt this messages with the encryption code 18:
