This commit brings the ability to use a kubeconfig file that is not the default one. In case a different one is provided when running as a pod, egress-watcher will return an error. Signed-off-by: Elis Lulja <elulja@cisco.com>

This PR brings the ability to use a kubeconfig file that is not the default one. In case a different one is provided when running as a pod, egress-watcher will return an error.
Addresses #26 partly (context selection will be introduced on a later PR)
