The CN-WAN Application Discovery API is designed for the transfer of application metadata to/from a service registry. It was originally developed for use within the components of the Cloud-Native SD-WAN project, but it was designed with the goal to be used as generic application discovery API for SD-WAN products interacting with cloud-native workloads.
