Frequency by PASS/Fail flag

Hi,
Do we have a provision to capture the QC flag also (i.e. PASS/LowConfFail) for each variant such that we can get a frequency by flag from the DB. This would help to know true common variants and sequencing artifacts? I am sure that you might have already thought about it, but just to know if you have it in the code already or something in line for dev.
