Super Nailgun
The Super Nailgun is the primary weapon of the Medic. It fires projectiles that do a lot of damage but also make it hard to maintain a high accuracy. This reduces the actual damage done by less accurate players. The Super Nailgun is best used at close range where the accuracy is easier to keep high. It does not lose damage over long ranges.
