Spider Name: chi_comm_development_advisory
Agency Name: Chicago Community Development Advisory Committee

See the contribution guide for information on how to get started

This one is a little limited in that it just lists documents in PDFs, but the meetings all seem to default to a 2pm start time, and the date is included in the URL string in different formats. Some examples are "...Meeting 5.31.pdf" and "...061918_CDAC_full_ex.pdf". We should be able to check a few different formats, use the first one that matches, and create the meetings from the documents with default values for the fields that aren't supplied

@pjsier The link is broken (points to an error page). Has the site's hierarchy been re-worked?

Thanks for catching that! The city's site has changed a bit recently, and it looks like this is one of the pages that was removed. I'll leave the issue open for now pending an updated link

Should I attempt to find where it got moved to, or would that be a lost cause?

I think it's fine to leave it as-is, the city's site has been changing a lot lately

@pjsier, are ya'll still looking for help on this one? If so, is this the correct link? If so I'm happy to take this. I also saw that there are a few PRs that have been stalled for several months, I'd also be happy to help close any of those out.

@cherdeman that's a separate agency, so for now this one is still stalled, but you're welcome to take a look at any other issues without PRs that haven't been updated in the past 30 days! We've got more info in the contributing guidelines
