  • Vise Grip: Normal -> Steel
  • Razor Wind: Does not require a charge turn

  • Rising Voltage: If electric terrain is active, move is boosted by 1.5x instead of 2x
  • Esper Wing: 80BP -> 75 BP
  • Triple Arrows: 90BP -> 80BP - 50% Chance to lower Def. -> 30% - 30% Chance to flinch -> 20%
