[Enhancement]: Updating all pages in footer

Updating all the pages in footer:

1. How to play
2. terms of service
3. privacy policy
4. licensing

Describe the solution you'd like

I'll be enhancing the UI for all the pages and make a common UI theme.

Changes I'll be making -->

1. Apply video theme which is on game and index page
2. Add navbar to all the 4 pages
3. Add footer to all the 4 pages.
4. Updating Licensing UI with respect to the other 3
5. Extras -- add clickable email that will open the gmail app when clicked.
   update scroll bar
6. add updated video in how to play section
