[Bug]: Fix back to home navigation in how to play page

Give a brief about the bug ✍️

Description
1)when clicked on Go Home button in howtoplay.html it not redirecting properly
2)div in about us page can be aligned horizontal in larger screen
3) should fix footer made with love by Chrome gaming
4) Fix wherever required in readme file

What is the expected behavior? 🤔

1)It should navigate to home page
2) It should be horizontally aligned in larger screen , vertically in mobile devices
3) in Footer - Made with Love icon by Chrome gaming

@ayush-t02 please assign this issues to me under GSSOC'24 . Now i am back to work on the issues . Hopefully i wll try to fix as many issues as possible till10th august 2024 and make DOT-BOX clean and worth playing.
