Mesher for LiveScan3D Alpha

All main features planned to be implemented are done!

The mesher can now take input pointclouds from a LiveScan3D recording and convert them into a Polygonal Mesh.
Important: A special version of LiveScan3D needs to be used, in order for the Mesher to be able to convert the files. This special version can be found here: https://github.com/ChristopherRemde/LiveScan3D

To use this program, simply download and open it, the command-line menu will guide you through the process.
