To use in ACT:

1. Download the index.html file.
2. In ACT, go to the Plugins tab.
3. Select the OverlayPlugin.dll sub-tab.
4. Click New.
5. Select "custom" as the preset and give it a meaningful name.
6. In the General tab:
   • Click the '...' button to the right of the URL field.
   • Navigate to the index.html file you downloaded.
   • Click the "show" and "enable overlay" checkboxes.
7. Strategies will be displayed upon duty commencement.
8. To test the overlay, in the game chat, type /echo [INSTANCE_NAME] has begun. e.g., /echo Emanation (Extreme) has begun.
