サンプルとして同梱できるスコープ/サイトシェーダーを作成する

なぜ?

VRSGF_Centurionで使用していたシェーダーが販売を終了し、サポートすることができない
スコープ付き/サイト付き銃のサンプルを作成したい
他シェーダーを導入する必要がなくなる
サイト/スコープのレティクル設定を共通で変更できるようにしたい
