For now, CI is handled by GitHub.

Until we stay with GitHub, do a proper integration:

callback when CI finished which updates app_status, adds a log_entry etc.
Optional (?) run the CI in-band, i.e. wait until it's finished on GitHub and continue with the workflow then (this should be configurable; not sure if on or off by default)
Notification of result

Post alpha: it should be possible to run this on railsnew.io servers or at least do some config.

Check #104 for some ideas we could do here.
