@csdaw - What's your feelings about support for this package?
Personally, I don't see myself continuing to support this beyond the immediate future (<1 year) and I've already started a new package for LMB Proteomics Facility which lifts over most of what I need intially and makes it all work from QFeatures instead. I plan to add support for e.g DIA there and don't plan on using camprotR at all in future, which will massively reduce my motivation to make any changes here. I assume you feel similarly? If so, I think we just need to add a note to the README to make that clear.
Another consideration, is CCP even the right host github organisation any more? At some point, either or both of us could/should lose access here...

Hope you're going alright, sorry, haven't checked my GitHub notifications in a while!
I too have no intentions of continuing to support this package. I believe I use some of the GO functions in my thesis but otherwise have since moved away from MSnbase and camprotR entirely.
I think CCP continuing to host is fine. We can always fork it and those forks will remain on the off-chance the original is deleted.
