Data flow diagram is stored in XML format compatible with the open source diagram tool at draw.io
After making edits, please export the new file as an image SCUBA_pipeline.png and commit along with updates to the XML file. This will ensure that (after a slight delay) the image in this readme is up to date with the official XML file.
