add plots for accuracy and loss over all epochs in a separate view (always visible) #45

IMO we should actually replace the timeline with a plot of the loss- and accuracy-curves that can be also used for filtering

we cannot keep the curves in the same location as the range on the y-axis would be too small --> plot dimension should be classic 4:3 ratio (matplotlib has a default of 8:6)
