3a. After shifts have been assigned in Part Two, employee availability has now changed. If Employees are hired, fired or request time off, availability will also change. Trigger a webhook anytime employee availability changes on Deputy API
3b. For each location, Get employee availability for the next 30 days
3c. We have a Google sheet with a unique tab for each location/event type. Each tab has a matrix of hour vs date. POST an updated count of available employees for any give hour/date
