Use Case Title

Add student level Title I data to the dimensional model.

Provide a concise, high-level description of the actions of the use case. While being concise, the description should cover all possible actions for the use case.
We currently have DimTitleIStatuses which represents Organization level data and there is no dimension for student level Title I data.

We need the student level Title I data for EDFacts reporting

DATA WAREHOUSE DESIGN OVERVIEW (Includes Dim, Fact, and Report tables)

Description of Proposed Changes
Provide a concise description of the proposed changes.
We are suggesting creating a new dimension named DimOrganizationTitleIStatuses that will contain the information currently in DimTitleIStatuses and then DimTitleIStatuses will be repurposed for student level CEDS Title I elements.

DATA MIGRATION IMPACT ANALYSIS

Provide a concise description of the proposed changes.
We will need to update the Staging-to-RDS migration scripts for both Directory and Title I to use the new dimensions.
