Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.
Since pull request #96, b-vectors are back to being extracted from the PVM_DwGradVec parameter to ensure proper ordering. However, it denormalized the b-vectors. As suggested by @araikes in issue #97, it would be beneficial to ensure normalization for later analysis steps, e.g., in MRTrix.

Proposed solution
Normalize the b-vectors extracted from PVM_DwGradVec.
