Idea is to create something akin to the jec uncertainties:

jet.addUserFloat("JECUncertainty", unc);
jet.addUserFloat("ptUp", ptUp);
jet.addUserFloat("ptDown", ptDown);

However at the moment, there are many corrections applied
Regression -> EGMSmearer -> Electron seed corrections.

Combining all these uncertainties is non trivial.
One option is to wait for reminiAOD (Regression correction obsolete) and for the seed corrections to be combined into EGM Smearer. Uncertainties become a lot more trivial at this point.
