Wilson requested a "Daytime" mode for spectator as an option alongside NVGs and Thermals.
TCVM has suggested using something like setDate locally and repeatedly to override any server syncing of time/date.

As an alternative, I suggested either using some sort of "fake lighting" or setApetureNew.
