Spectate - Introduce a False Daytime for Spectators #628

Wilson requested a "Daytime" mode for spectator as an option alongside NVGs and Thermals.

TCVM has suggested using something like setDate locally and repeatedly to override any server syncing of time/date.

As an alternative, I suggested either using some sort of "fake lighting" or setApetureNew.

I think there is a way to create a lightsource that would act just like the sun,
I will try to get some screenshots
