Hello. The tariff comparison retrieves the rates for the same period as the previous consumption data, which is exposed as part of the event sensor described in the docs. Current rates are not exposed to reduce strain on the APIs and it was always considered a historic action on data only provided by OE. I personally didn't see the need for this to be real time. Because of this, there are currently no plans to expose the current rates for the tariff comparison, but feel free to raise a feature request. If it gets more requests or I have some free time, I'll take a look. |

I've had a look through the documentation but couldn't find it if it already exists.
I'm on Octopus Go (without Solar, With Battery) and working on if it could work to move to Agile.
As I load shift to the battery 99.5% the tariff comparison wont work in my use case as all my power usage the integration is seen in the 5 hour charging window.
Would it be possible to add as part of the tariff comparison the "current rate of comparison tariff" or something like that?
Or if you have something already in place where I could add the current Agile rate would also work.
I have another meter which outputs the power consumption of the flat only so I can do that maths myself, just need the current agile rate.
