Currently it is not possible to install the web application as a Progressive Web Application (PWA)

I as a User want to be able to download this apllication as a PWA on my phone

this got already been tested and implemented in @BlubberLounge/shisha-tools
the cache time should be short (when in develoment Enviroment)
