Т.к. реализация WaitOnAddress не реализована в ядре Windows 7 и пришлось использовать "заглушку", в работе Firefox 131 наблюдаются значительные "фризы". Использовав библиотеку из ссылки ниже, данная проблема была исправлена и Firefox стал работать плавно и стабильно
