I'm frustrated when my favorite Black children's book author is not in the database

I'd like to request a book be added to the database from the front end UI

Describe alternatives you've considered
You could alternatively include a link to the API interface where users could submit books

Additional context
We want to grow the database but also want to keep its integrity ensuring that only quality Black children's books and authors are included.
