A broad definition of core 20 + 5 exists here - https://www.england.nhs.uk/about/equality/equality-hub/national-healthcare-inequalities-improvement-programme/core20plus5/. How do we define the numerators and denominators for indicators which focus on core 20 + 5? What will be the ideal methodology for calculating here? Not all the information and data collection exists presently for these indicators.
