For the code automation we need to know:
ID number - fingertips or data model
Fiscal year or calendar
agemin
age max
Sex MFP
number of years for rate
calculation method
group by lists for the output that is to be produced eg: yearspan, quintile, ethnicity geography
report by imd
report by ethnicity
locality resident or qof
