You'll find the original Rmd-file and the corresponding pdf-file in the subfolder "slides".
To use the spcopula package, please install VC2Copula first from CRAN and replace it than by the VC2copula package from https://github.com/BenGraeler/VC2copula. Finally, you can install the spcopula from https://github.com/BenGraeler/spcopula.
If you run into errors that some function has been deprecated in VineCopula and VC2copula should be used, the VineCopula package has been loaded after VC2copula and overwritten the corresponding functions.
