I've tried numerous attempts to run your program as you specified in the README, but am continually receiving errors using mpirun in the last line. electrodep-opt is within paper-files, correct? This folder should hold our output when it runs successfully?

Hi @aotten5, what error messages are you getting? Have you built the executable electrodep-opt?

@ahzeeshan An error is reported during the compilation of the third line instruction :no matching function for call to 'FEProblemBase::getNonlinearSystemBase()'

The compilation instruction ：make -j4，This error makes it impossible to generate executable electrodep-opt
