Knives are a versatile tool in the kitchen as well as in the garden - they are used in crafting and harvesting plants. Different Knives have different durability, but are otherwise no different to each other.
Knives can harvest plants like Tall Grass or Double Tall Grass to get Cuttings that can be dried into Straw and then used for farming.
They can be embedded in soft blocks for storage.
