Problem:
I cannot upgrade Sigismund with the Teleport Strike update

Expected:
Teleport Strike can be given to models with both Independent Character and Legiones Astartes (Imperial Fists) rules for +20 points per model. Sigismund is such a model.

You cannot purchase upgrades for unique characters that are not on their sheet
