wPLI Across Time in Baseline, Sedation and Recovery from Propofol Induced Anesthesia

The goal of this analysis is to validate the code we have for functional connectivity analysis over time in the context of hub location. The functional connectivity analysis we will be focusing on is wPLI.

The code for this analysis lives in the Hub Location Method Analysis inside the BIAPT/Scripts section.
